Senior includes a combination of several joint supplements such as Glucosamine, MSM, Green-Lipped Mussel, Chondroitin, and Vitamin C. Senior also contains the amino acid L-arginine and Spirulina. L-arginine increases blood flow throughout the body, and Spirulina is packed with vitamins and minerals.
