1. Company identification 

StrongPet specializes in the sale of supplements, food, and equipment for sporting, working, and companion dogs. These are the general terms and conditions for using the StrongPet website/store, as well as the terms of sale and supply of our products. 

2. Object 

These Terms and Conditions govern the use of this Website/online store and the purchase of products by the end consumer. By using our page or placing an order, the customer accepts all the conditions described herein.

3. Products and Availability 

  • StrongPet is committed to providing clear and up-to-date information about its products.
  • All orders are subject to stock availability. 
  • We reserve the right to discontinue products or change specifications without prior notice.

4. Prices and Payments 

Although we take measures to ensure that pricing, promotions and stock availability information is correct, errors may occasionally occur. If any error related to the price or stock availability of your order is detected, we reserve the right to cancel the order. If you have already paid for the order, you will receive a full refund.

  • The prices shown are in euros (€) and do not include VAT at the current legal rate (the company is exempt according to Article 53º of the VAT Code).
  • Payment can be made by bank transfer, MBWay, or another method indicated at the time of purchase.
  • The order will only be processed after payment confirmation.

5. Shipping and Delivery 

  • Deliveries are made in mainland Portugal. 
  • Delivery times vary depending on the destination and product availability, and are communicated to customers at the time of purchase.
  • Shipping costs are shown before order confirmation. 

6. Exchanges and Returns 

  • The customer has 14 days after receiving the order to return it, in accordance with the right of free withdrawal (Decree-Law No. 24/2014).
  • Only unused, sealed products in their original packaging will be accepted for return.
  • Opened food products and supplements cannot be returned for safety and hygiene reasons.
  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, except in cases of shipping errors or product defects.

7. Warranty and Claims 

  • The products sold by StrongPet are covered by the legal guarantee of conformity. 
  • In case of a defective product, the customer should contact us immediately through official channels.

8. Responsibility 

  • StrongPet is not responsible for misuse of products or for adverse defects resulting from use contrary to the manufacturer's recommendations. 
  • The customer is responsible for ensuring that the product is suitable for their dog's needs and should consult a veterinarian whenever necessary.

9. Data protection 

  • The personal data provided by the customer will be treated confidentially, in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). 
  • StrongPet is committed to not disclosing personal data to third parties, except when strictly necessary for order processing (e.g., shipping company). 

10. Changes to the Terms and Conditions 

  • StrongPet reserves the right to change these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes take effect upon their publication on the website.

11. Applicable law and competent jurisdiction 

  • These Terms and Conditions are governed by Portuguese law.
  • For dispute resolution, the competent court is that of the consumer's place of residence, in accordance with the law. 

12. Warranty 

For all products sold by us, the warranty defined by the manufacturer applies. 

13. Opening hours 

The StrongPet Online Store operates 24 hours a day, with order processing taking place from Monday to Friday, 9:30 AM to 6:30 PM, excluding holidays.
